梨是梨屬(學名：Pyrus)植物的通稱，通常是一種落葉喬木或灌木，極少數品種為常綠，屬於薔薇目薔薇科蘋果族。葉片多呈卵形，大小因品種不同而各異。梨的果實通常用來食用，不僅味美汁多，甜中帶酸，而且營養豐富，含有多種維生素和纖維素，不同種類的梨味道和質感都完全不同。梨既可生食，也可蒸煮後食用。除了作為水果食用以外，梨還可以作觀賞之用。
