Lime 萊姆

萊姆(學名：Citrus latifolia 或 Citrus aurantiifolia)，中文常稱為萊姆或青檸，是一種原產於亞洲熱帶的柑橘類水果。它與檸檬（Lemon）外形相似，但屬於不同的植物品種。萊姆的外皮通常較薄且光滑，未成熟時呈亮綠色，成熟後可能轉為黃綠色。果肉多汁、無籽或少籽，酸味比一般檸檬溫潤且帶有一股獨特的清香，苦味較少。
